BAAK

BAAK is shortness for Academic and Student Administration Bureau. This Bureau handles everything related to teaching and learning activities and academic administration for all students of Gunadarma University. 

BAAK University Gunadarma's official homepage provides various services, which are (a) Academic Calendar, (b) Trial information, PI and PPSPPT material, (c) Information on class schedules and examinations, (d) Information on academic leave and re-registration, and (e) majors site. 

In this BAAK online feature, students can view lecture schedules according to their classes and students can see latest information easily and do not need to come to campus to see the latest information.

STAFFSITE

Staffsite is an official homepage for Gunadarma University lecturers. Where this homepage functions as a information and communication media from the lecturer concerned to the academic community. 

On this homepage, lecturers provide learning materials and other sources of knowledge that is accessible by students.

This will facilitate and improve the provision of learning materials so that students can understand the course material before the lecture is given.

STUDENTSITE

Studentsite is a homepage that provides for Universita Gunadarma students. On this homepage students can access information from lecturers and course directly. Where this homepage is used to support the teaching and learning process.

This homepage contains information about class schedules and examinations, information or assignments from lecturers, and lists temporary grades (DNS). Other than that, user ID and password for studentsite can be used to access other IT services. Such as accessing V-Class, UG-Hotzone, Internet Lounge, Integrated Lab, Career Center, and E-Learning Center.

Which make it easier for students to see their grades, assignments, and latest information from campus.

V-CLASS

Virtual Class Portal (V-Class) is an online learning service that is used to support the teaching and learning process by lecturers and students in Gunadarma University.

In this portal, lecturers will give learning materials and assignments that is accessible by students anywhere and anytime. This portal is usually used when lecturers are unable to attend class.

E-LEARNING

E-learning (electronic learning) is an electronic learning facility that is used to help students understand course materials. E-learning provides learning materials equipped with audio visual that gives a clearer description of a concept (equipped with more communicative visual examples).

The use of e-learning gives benefits in improving the cognitive power of students in understanding the concept of teaching material. E-learning material consists of Interactive CDs, as well as virtual classes (i.e. online learning via the Internet) and electronic journal.

UG LIBLARY

UG Library is an online library service owned by Gunadarma University to support lecture activities. This UG Library serves as an information source for the teaching and learning process carried out by students with the lecturers concerned.

Where in this UG library we can access learning books, papers, theses, presentations, journals and others needed for the teaching and learning process.

This service is not only intended specifically for members of the Gunadarma University library, it is also generally intended for the general public. Long distance services are provided on this site to facilitate library service users to improve their knowledge.

iLab

Integrates Lab / Remote Lab, known as iLab, is one of the computer-based laboratory concepts at Gunadarma University. In the laboratory, practitioners who are a Gunadarma University student conducts the test independently with a computer for each practitioner. 

Where the test is conducted there are three stages, called pre test, activity, and post test. Practicum in the laboratory is a supporting practice course that has two stars (**), which is held once a week.

UG HotZone

At every corner of the Gunadarma University campus is equipped with a hotspot known as hotzone. UG Hotzone is located in 70 points spread across campus that are intended for the entire academic community.

With the existence of UG Hotzone, facilitate every Gunadarma University academic community to access the internet in all around campus easily and efficiently, especially for students who have notebooks, smartphones, PDAs that have WiFi facilities.

Every Gunadarma University student, from the beginning of entering as a new student, has been given facilities for studentite activation which can be used for hotzone in Gunadarma University.

UG CAREER CENTER

This website used for data management and career development alumni, Career Center Service  features include electronic databases where alumni can access and update their personal data through the internet.

Then, there is an Electronic job matching, where companies can have accounts and fill out their business profiles and send job vacancies that can be accessed by Gunadarma University alumni.

As well as E-Magazine which is a learning media and sharing experiences between alumni whose rubric includes tips and tricks, technology updates, alumni successful stories and consultations.
